At TamResume, we strive to provide high-quality digital resume templates to help you showcase your skills professionally. As our products are digital downloads, we encourage you to read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on TamResume.com are intangible, digital files that are delivered instantly after successful payment. Once the download is initiated, the product is considered delivered and consumed.

2. Digital Product Policy

Due to the non-returnable and non-revocable nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or accept returns under normal circumstances. This applies even if:

  • You purchased the wrong template
  • You no longer need the template
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You claim non-compatibility without checking file formats beforehand

All sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Exceptions – When We May Issue a Refund

We may consider a refund only in the following situations:

  • You accidentally purchased the same item more than once
  • You were charged multiple times due to a payment error
  • The file is corrupted or fails to download, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours
  • You received a different file than what was advertised or described

All refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase and must include:

  • Order number or transaction ID
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshot(s), if applicable
